We offer personalized memory care support for those living with neurological disorders including Alzheimer’s, Dementia, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and more. Depending on the nature and stage of the disease, we can assist individuals with a wide variety of healthcare and life-care needs. Those living with advanced-stage illness may require around-the-clock care and highly specialized support, while others may need only basic assistance or personal care on a part-time basis. We can help you overcome the physical and emotional challenges you may face in meeting those needs. Our specialized approach to memory care promotes dignity and purpose as well as optimal health and emotional well-being all while maintaining the connections to the people, places, things, and memories that mean the most to you and your loved ones.

Chronic Illness and

Disease-Specific Care

Infinity Health provides experienced caregivers for you or a loved one who may be suffering from a chronic illness or coping with a medical condition like cancer, diabetes or depression. Our team of compassionate and experienced caregivers can assist with activities of daily living, personal care, homemaking and more even if you find yourself in need of skilled nursing care.

Companion Care

Simply having a visitor from time to time can make all the difference to someone living alone or perhaps caring for an ailing spouse. From sharing a conversation to sharing a meal, let one of our companion care sitters bring joy to your day.

Disability and

Physical Therapy Care

Individuals living with physical disabilities or special needs have very unique care requirements. In many cases, mobility is limited and skilled care is needed. Mobility issues can lead to pressure sores, ulcers and, in severe cases, the need for wound care. Our caregivers are trained to provide pressure relief for wheelchair-bound patients, and to turn bed-bound patients every two hours to prevent complications caused by prolonged immobility. Our caregivers are also trained in the transfer of patients using the proper techniques to help prevent injuries and avoid falls during transport. Furthermore, our therapy programs, including physical therapy and active/passive range of motion exercises can improve mobility and help you or you loved one fully recover from an injury to regain skills.

Fall and Accident Prevention

Many falls happen because of loss of balance. Falling is also the leading cause of injury for adults over 65. Injuries caused by falling can often inflict physical and emotional pain as well as result in surgery or the need for rehabilitation services. However, most fall or accident injuries in the home can be prevented when a caregiver is present to assist with mobility and the proper use of a cane or walker. Our experienced caregivers will focus on reducing the risk of injury as well as assess the safety of the area the client will be walking in and be sure the path is free of furniture or other objects that could cause a fall.

Homemaking Services

Keeping your home clean and organized is one way of improving your health. Our trustworthy and responsible homemakers can ensure the well-being of your loved ones by giving support and assistance in such areas as

light housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, general organizing and tidying rooms, changing linens and bed-making, and laundry washing and ironing as well as grocery list planning and shopping, meal planning and preparation, plant care, home safety and more.

Hospice Support

Hospice support is a special healthcare option for patients and families who are faced with a terminal illness and a prognosis of 6 months or less. Meeting the needs of the patient and family and prioritizing comfort and quality of life by reducing pain and suffering is our top priority. Our team of compassionate caregivers will work together with you to address any physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs. You may choose to keep your own doctor or bring on one of our dedicated skilled nurses to assist with medical needs. Our services can be provided where the patient is, including their home, long term care facility or the hospital.

Medication Management

Our nurses and caregivers can ensure your loved one stays safe with their medications. As people age they can develop multiple chronic conditions, which may require several prescription drugs. With managing multiple medications there comes an increased risk of side effects and accidentally missing or doubling doses. We can help prevent these things from happening. Depending on your needs, a member of our team can come to your home and help administer medications or simply provide reminders to take them.

Nursing Care

Our skilled nursing staff include certified nursing assistants, licensed practical nurses, and registered nurses. They provide an additional level of expertise.

Personal Care

Our certified personal care companions can assist with things like bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, feeding, medication reminders and so much more.

We offer flexible in-home care services whether you need transportation to and from your surgery appointment, care for just a few hours after the initial surgery to get settled back safely at home, or 24-hour care around the clock during recovery. Our team of compassionate and experienced caregivers can assist you with all your daily needs, as well as household tasks to ensure you receive the rest you need to fully recover and get back on your feet.
