1. What can home health aides assist me with?
Our home health aides can assist with any activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, laundry, errands, light housekeeping, companionship and more.
2. Is there a criminal background check competed before hiring employees?
Yes, there is a local and federal criminal background check completes for all our potential hires.
3. Do the Caregivers have their COVID-19 vaccination?
Yes, the majority of our caregivers are vaccinated. However, we can’t force everyone to get vaccinated. If you are requesting that your caregivers be vaccinated we can assure you that they will be.
4. Is your service for seniors only?
We offer a range of care options not just for seniors, but for individual with disabilities, birth defects, recent surgeries, and the anyone who needs assistance with daily living activities.
5. Do I pay my caregiver directly?
No, please do not pay caregivers. Our caregivers are paid by the company.
6. Do I have to sign a contract locking me into services?
No, Infinity Health Care is here to meet your needs, and as your needs change, so will the services you receive. Our service agreement reflects this and adapts to meet your changing needs.
7. Do you have personalized care plans for each client?
Absolutely, an in-home consultantion is a chance for us to get to know you and your love ones better. It helps us learn more and develop a plan for your specific care.
8. What happens if my caregiver can’t make it to work?
Our client care coordinator will reach out to you and arrange a temporary caregiver to fill in. You will not be left without care.
